Inmate Telephone System

There are several ways you can deposit funds to an inmate’s telephone or commissary account:

Online – Telephone

• Visit https://accharge.com  and complete the form to purchase the credit for the Inmate Telephone Account.
• Payment options are mMoney and Paypal.
• Credit will be added to the inmate’s telephone account immediately.

Online – Commissary & Telephone

• Visit https://ezpay.gov.bb and create an EZpay account.  On completion, you will receive an email with your password to access the EZpay portal.
• You are required to select Inmates Funding and complete the provided form to purchase the credit.
• Payment options are Credit Card, mMoney and Debit Card.
• Credit will be added to the inmates’ telephone account within (3) business days.

In Person

• You can visit any of the Barbados Postal Service locations or the Barbados Treasury Department to deposit funds.

Persons adding credit are required to know the inmate’s full name and inmate number.

The inmate telephone system allows offenders to make outgoing prepaid telephone calls locally or internationally to a pre-approved contact list.

The following rules apply to the system:

• Inmate calls are limited to 30 minutes daily.
• All calls are made between the hours of 10:00 am and 6:00 pm daily.
• All calls are subject to recording and/or monitoring, except for calls to attorneys or legal representatives.
